FIELD: aircraft engineering.
SUBSTANCE: set of inventions relates to protection of spaceships against high-speed micro meteoroid and man-made particles. Claimed process comprises the detection of assumed manned spaceship sealing shell puncture by said particles. Then, device for the detection of assumed manned spaceship sealing shell puncture and for its sealing. Said device comprises the case with sliding cover with two acoustic transducers secured thereat and magnet arranged there between. Said case houses a sealing element composed by polyurethane foam coated with silicon sealant ply. Aforesaid device for the detection of assumed manned spaceship sealing shell puncture and for its sealing is displaced along sealed compartment wall to register the signals of said transducers. Signals are notable decrease at the device stay directly above puncture point. The case cover is pushed off to make said sealing element be forced out by rarefaction caused by water efflux trough punched hole and overlap said hole. Signals of the transducers died away, said device is detached from sealed compartment wall.
EFFECT: reduced error in puncture point location determination, accelerated sealing by simple mobile means.
