SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a power supply system and controller for a container inspection system on a vehicle. Proposed system comprises low power generator, battery pack, charger and power supply controller. Accumulator unit is used to supply power to container inspection system located on vehicle. Charging device and the power supply source controller are electrically connected to the low-power generator and the battery pack. Power supply controller comprises: unit for receiving electric charge state, determination unit, control unit. Unit for receiving electric charge state serves to receive information on state of electric charge sent by accumulator unit. Determination unit serves to determine, whether the condition of electric charge satisfies the working requirement of the container inspection system located on the vehicle based on information on the state of the electric charge. Control unit serves to send start-up instruction to low-power generator for charging battery unit, if state of electric charge does not satisfy working requirement of container inspection system located on vehicle. Power of generator of low power corresponds to average capacity of container inspection system located on transport facility.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of power supply.
