SUBSTANCE: proposed system comprises charging device, input device to set planned time for termination of charging and charging device controller. Note here that said controller performs the first charging control job with application of target magnitude lower than preset state of full charge unless charge state reaches said target magnitude. Besides, said controller can stop the charging of power accumulation device and restart the charging of said device. Controller varies said target magnitude in compliance with charge state magnitude derived at time moment when vehicle motion is stopped.
EFFECT: higher ability of vehicle driving.
