FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to trucks with vibrator and positioning systems. A system for assisting in positioning for a truck with a vibrator comprises a vibration system, a lowering and lifting system for raising and lowering the vibration system. Assistance system in positioning is configured to determine distance to vibration excitation point between truck with vibrator and location of vibration excitation point, determining stopping distance for stopping truck with vibrator at vibration excitation point, determining time of truck stop with vibrator in vibration excitation point location according to current speed of truck with vibrator, to initiate lowering of radiating plate of vibration system at performance of at least the following condition: specified time of stop is less or equal to time of lowering of vibration system to ground surface. Truck with vibrator comprises motor for movement of truck with vibrator and control system comprising motor control unit for motor control, a vibration system comprising a vibration portion and a radiating plate used to transmit vibrations through the earth and a tripping and lifting system for raising and lowering the vibration system.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of seismic survey.
