FIELD: lighting.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to light-emitting diode display and lighting devices made in the form of a flexible thin-film structure. Screen device comprises at least one module. Each module comprises a laminar structure of at least one layer made from polymer. Laminated structure comprises a light-emitting diode laminar structure of at least one light-emitting diode layer which comprises a plurality of light-emitting diodes. Module comprises at least two layers superimposed on each other in each module to form a layer structure for one module. In case of screen device implementation, modules are interconnected from two modules. Layered structure is partially flexible. Device comprises a plurality of through holes, made on a screen device, to increase the transparency of the device, and/or to provide cavities for LEDs of adjacent layer, and/or to allow penetration of air and/or water through screen device.
EFFECT: creation of design of light-emitting diode screen or lighting module based on layered and flexible thin film, with possibility of water flow through screen structure, to ensure water discharge from structure before freezing is performed.
