FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of conversion equipment and can be used, in particular, when designing on-board power supply systems of spacecrafts. Method of pulse stabilization of DC voltage on solar generator load includes periodic closing of outputs of solar generator to each other by means of closing circuit, switched by a binary pulse-width control signal generated by pulse-width modulation of a control signal obtained by converting an analogue error signal between the stabilized and reference voltages, separation of each of periodically following time intervals of closing outputs of solar generator by two adjacent time sections, first of which, adjacent to beginning of closing interval, has constant given duration, and the second, adjacent to the end of the first time portion, ends simultaneously with the end of the solar generator output closing interval, the linear or step-linear decrease in the resistance of the closing circuit in the range between the given initial and final values, carried out during the first time portion, fixation of the final resistance of the closing circuit reached at the end of the first time section, preservation of the fixed value of the closing circuit resistance during the second time interval until the end of the time interval of closing the solar generator outputs.
EFFECT: technical result is reduced requirements for closing circuit by permissible value of passed current and improved hardware reliability by reducing value of maximum current through closing circuit.
