FIELD: oil and fat industry.
SUBSTANCE: method for refining of vegetable oil containing phospholipids provides for: i) obtaining a reaction mixture containing the specified vegetable oil and one or several enzymes with phospholipid cleavage activity; ii) placing the reaction mixture under conditions providing the possibility of enzymatic hydrolysis of phospholipids in oil to obtain a reacted mixture based on the specified vegetable oil, and iii) chemical refining the reacted mixture based on the specified vegetable oil, where an acidification stage is carried out after enzymatic hydrolysis and before chemical refining. In this case, enzymatic hydrolysis is carried out in a reaction mixture containing a heavy phase and a light phase, and there is no reduction or no essential reduction in a volume of the heavy phase, or there is no separation of resinous substances/heavy phase from oil before the specified chemical refining.
EFFECT: invention allows for an increase in the yield of oil compared to chemical refining of unpurified oil or oil that was subjected to the removal of resinous substances using water.
