According to the declared invention, radio network node (120) sends downlink control information using physical channel of downlink control channel using multicast network identifier, downlink control information comprises a bit indicating whether at least two emergency notifications are broadcast on said carrier, and a notification relating to the change in the multicast channel of the carrier. User equipment (110) receives downlink physical control information over the physical downlink control channel of the said carrier using the network identifier of multicast transmission. User equipment (110) behaves as if at least two fields relating to indication of said at least two emergency notifications were set to one unit in a paging message for user equipment (110) when said bit is set to one.
EFFECT: technical result is improvement of services of multicast broadcast multimedia transmission (eMBMS) with respect to use of Earthquake and Tsunami Warning System (ETWS) and/or Commercial Mobile Alerting System (CMAS).
