SUBSTANCE: connection is set up between user equipment (UE) and a corresponding network, wherein UE receives service notification which gives a description of the available broadcast service and at least one identifier which identifies the broadcast service, and UE receives a setup message which sets up a two-point radio channel "point-to-point" between UE and the network so that the setup message includes an identifier which is used to identify that said radio channel transmits a broadcast service.
EFFECT: possibility of receiving an allocated channel over which a broadcast service is transmitted without compulsory pre-connection to the service.
