SUBSTANCE: transparent layered element (1) includes two transparent outer layers having the same refraction index and having each smooth outer main surface (2A, 4A), and a central layer intermediate between outer layers. Central layer includes at least one transparent layer with refraction index different from that of outer layers, or metal layer. All contact surfaces between two adjacent layers of layered element (1), one of two layers of which is a metal layer or which represent two transparent layers with different refractive indices, are textured and parallel to each other. Diffuse light reflection of laminar element (1) on one side of at least one of the outer layers has at least one maximum in a direction different from the direction of specular reflection. Surface of layered element (1) is divided into multiple pixels of equal size, and each pixel has at least one side with length less than or equal to 500 micron, texture of each textured contact surface within each pixel has distribution of angle of inclination fpix (θx, θy), having a correlation coefficient r with a distribution of the inclination angle ftot (θx, θy) of the texture of the entire textured contact surface, and the layered element is such that for the sample of N pixels, the average correlation coefficient r (fpix, ftot) of each sampling pixel is greater than or equal to 0.8.
