FIELD: layered products.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to layered materials diffusely reflecting incident emission with a high effective reflection coefficient, and is of interest in lighting engineering and spectroscopy, as well as in means of disinfection and air purification using bactericidal ultraviolet emission. A layered material diffusely reflecting incident emission is characterised by the fact that at least one closed cavity filled with a powder of at least one material absorbing substantially no incident emission constitutes at least 30% of the volume thereof.
EFFECT: invention provides a reduction in the weight of the material with a high effective diffuse reflection coefficient per unit area of such material.
