FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil industry, in particular, to devices for preparation of oil stock for pipeline transport and its processing. Device includes three interchangeable units: ultrasonic unit, electromagnetic unit and magnetic unit, made with possibility of interconnection in different sequence and located between inlet and outlet mixing chambers. Ultrasonic unit is a cylindrical housing with waveguides arranged inside which transmit ultrasonic oscillations from magnetostriction transducers to the processed medium. Electromagnetic unit is a cylindrical housing with a channel arranged inside the channel and arranged in an extended solenoid fed with alternating current. Magnetic unit is a cylindrical housing with a channel inside the channel made of tubes-activators placed in an extended annular permanent magnet. Blocks are fixed between each other via flange joints.

EFFECT: technical result is change in hydrocarbon composition of processed raw material, reduced viscosity, content of iron sulphide and water, destruction of oil-field emulsions.
