FIELD: oil and gas production.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to procedure of combined processing oil containing raw material. The procedure consists in supply of raw material into a processing zone, in processing by wave action, in cracking processed products and in extracting finish products of processing. Also, before supply of raw material into the zone of wave action it is subjected to hydro-dynamic treatment with vacuum distillation of light fractions and residue. Residue of distillation is returned to hydro-dynamic treatment. Wave action is combined with cracking which corresponds to hydro-catalytic cracking. Further, gas phase is separated; left liquid phase is fractioned and distillate fractions are extracted. Part of residue of fractioning is mixed with a flow of source raw material and/or with a flow at inlet into the wave action zone. Another part of residue of fractioning is directed into the zone of vacuum-plasma treatment, whereupon gas and condensed fractions with residue are separated; part of condensed fractions is mixed with a flow of oil products at input into the zone of wave action. Activating substances are used to intensify destruction processes. The invention also refers to the installation for combined treatment of oil containing raw material.
