SUBSTANCE: disclosed is an apparatus for facilitating the process of putting on outerwear, consisting of a hanger, comprising a hanger suspending member; two wings, on which there are brackets for fixing sleeves, fixed to the middle and facing with an open part upwards, made of elastic material; and collar fixing element. Both wings of the hanger are made with possibility of their deformation. Element of fixation of collar part of clothes can be made in form of, for example, hook, clamp. Elements for fixation of sleeves on hangers can be U-shaped, V-shaped, round, square etc. Device to facilitate the process of putting on outer clothing can be attached to the wall, be on a special post, on the end wall of the cabinet, or installed in a different way. Device differs by fact that hanger wings are taken out of clothes, which facilitates release from hanger.

EFFECT: technical result consists in facilitation and acceleration of the process of putting on outerwear by handicapped people.
