FIELD: clothing industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to accessories for clothing, mainly to hangers with shoulders, used mainly in the industry of production, demonstration and sale of fashionable branded clothing. The surface of the hanger is also an advertising and information carrier at the same time. The clothes hanger made of pressed cardboard contains shoulders for hanging clothes in the form of a crossbar made of a single piece of material and a hook. The hanger is made volumetric, from a piece of pressed cardboard material obtained by gluing three sheets of cardboard, and the middle sheet has a hexagonal three-dimensional honeycomb configuration-shape in the inner part. The hanger shoulders on both sides contain recesses for fixing the shoulder straps of clothing. Each sheet of material on the outside is made with the possibility of applying direct UV printing.
EFFECT: increasing the structural strength of the hanger while simplifying the design and cost of the product by using a more durable material: pressed cardboard produced according to the GOST R 23233-78 national standard, which can withstand a load of up to 5 kg/cm2; the claimed hanger can be used for multiple use in order to preserve the shape of clothing by hanging it on the shoulders.
