The applied inlet pipe in the device is installed in such a way that the air flow is introduced into the liquid spray jet coming out of the device nozzle in form of a short-jet sprinkler nozzle, and an additional nozzle in form of a confuser with a nozzle made with a central angle α=13-15° and the angle of the generating nozzle are directed to one point on the surface of the deflecting reflector.
