FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to winches. Balloon winch comprises an electric engine with a reducer gearbox, a drum, an SPC cable, traction sheaves, and a universal block. The drum is made in the form of a cassette of identical coils with SPC cables of the same length, connected by conductive couplings and placed on the same axis of rotation between two supports put through bearings. Pins tightening the coils are passed through the semi-axes from the opposite directions. One of the semi-axes is adjusted in length by nuts, and the other one interacts with the electric engine. The thickness of the jaws of the coil exceeds the width of the neck thereof. The guides are made in the form of two perpendicular plates with a width with the diameter of the SPC cable. An axle with a return spring passes through the connection of the plates. The axle is installed on the inside along the opening of the coil jaw walls. The horizontal plate is located between the jaws, and the vertical plate is located in the opening of the coil jaw adjacent to the other coil. A guide chute is made on the side of the vertical plate at the transition of the plate from a vertical position to a horizontal one, matching the opening of the jaw of the adjacent coil passing into the chute of this coil, up to the neck of the coil.
EFFECT: time for restoration of operability is reduced, reliability of operation is increased, and the resource of the antenna is raised.
