FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method and a device for separation of multilayer systems containing several layers, one of which is an organic layer. Method can be used for processing multilayer systems, for example, photovoltaic modules containing fluorine-containing layer, package, food package, cosmetic or pharmaceutical package, organic electronic components. Method comprises mixing a multilayer system with a fluid, which is a gas capable of causing swelling of one of the layers, and one or more chemically inert liquids, capable of separating each layer or subset of layers without decomposition of constituent elements of layers. Liquid is a mixture of CO2/water/acetone, volume fraction of mixture of liquids relative to gas is at least 15 %. Fluid medium is a mixture of CO2/water/acetone with volume of 80 % acetone and 20 % water. Method is carried out at temperature from 30 °C to 150 °C and pressure from 5 MPa to 50 MPa. Device includes a reactor having a first inlet for introducing a multilayer system, a second inlet for introducing a fluid, first outlet for gas extraction after completion of the method and reactor temperature control device.

EFFECT: technical result consists in extraction of individual components of multilayer system without their decomposition and return of said components, without harm to environment, as well as minimizing power consumption.
