FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: structure comprises a multilayer film comprising: one or more barrier layer(s) with the low moisture and/or oxygen permeability; one or more sealing layer(s) disposed in contact with the surface of at least one barrier layer, covering thereby the defects present in the barrier layer. One or more of the sealing layer(s) comprise(s) a plurality of encapsulated nanoparticles, reactive in the sense that they are capable of interacting with moisture and / or oxygen, slowing down the penetration of moisture and / or oxygen through the defects present in the barrier layer. The encapsulation of the particles is carried out by polymerizing the polymerizable compound (a monomer or polymer compound with polymerizable groups) or crosslinking the crosslinkable compound on the surface of the reactive nanoparticles.
EFFECT: creating the barrier multilayer structure with improved elasticity, gas impermeability, resistance to weathering, improved optical and mechanical properties and high barrier reliability of the flexible highly-impermeable substrate system.
