FIELD: diagnostics of equipment condition.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to diagnostics of equipment condition and can be used for improvement of diagnostic equipment efficiency by means of optimal adaptive filtration (extraction) of useful signal characterizing condition of diagnosed equipment, in case of interference created by machines and mechanisms, operation of which is characterized by cycles repeating in time. Such cyclic equipment includes rotary machines (pumps, turbines, converters, electric motors, etc.) and cyclic action machines (diesel engines, diesel generators, compressors). Adaptive interference compensator, comprising a reference receiver, made in form of series-connected speed sensor and synthesizer of harmonics, control receiver, tunable filter, adder with inverting and direct inputs, wherein the reference receiver is in series connected to the input of the harmonics synthesizer, the output of which is connected to the first input of the tunable filter, wherein the output of the tunable filter is connected to the inverting input of the adder, the control receiver is connected to the direct input of the adder, and the output of the adder is parallel connected to the second input of the tunable filter, characterized in that the reference receiver is made in the form of a rotary mechanism operating time sensor, and the harmonics synthesizer is made in the form of a pulse generator with a period of time of the rotor mechanism operating cycle.
EFFECT: high accuracy of selecting a useful signal which characterizes the state of the diagnosed equipment, against background noise generated by cyclic equipment.
