FIELD: chemistry; oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of automatic rectification process control and can be used in oil and gas processing and oil and gas chemistry, in particular, for individual hydrocarbon extraction columns or narrow fraction fractionation. Method of controlling distillation column of extracting isopentane involves mounting temperature sensors on control plates, dephlegmator in column top part, which input is connected to column top, heat exchanger with regulator in lower part of column. Column comprises a reflux tank with a level sensor. Inlet of the reflux tank is connected to the outlet of the dephlegmator; the outlet of the reflux tank is connected through the first regulator (irrigation) to the input of irrigation of the column and the input of the second regulator connected to the outlet pipe. Controller of the first regulator is connected to the first and the second thermometers installed on two control plates in the upper part of the column. First regulator task is generated using the temperature difference signal between the first and second thermometers. Controller of the second regulator (flow rate ratio) is connected by inputs to flow rate sensors, the first of which is installed on the outlet pipe (up to the second regulator), the second one at the irrigation inlet (on the irrigation pipe after the first regulator). Output of flow rate controller generates the task of the second regulator. Output of the sensor of the level of the reflux tank generates a task for the third regulator regulating the supply of heat energy to the heat exchanger in the lower part of the column.
EFFECT: high stability of rectification column operation, high energy efficiency and preservation of quality of the obtained product.
