Disclosed is a set of synthetic oligonucleotides for detecting DNA of human papillomavirus 51 of high carcinogenic risk in a mucous membrane of a cervical channel by a polymerase chain reaction involving primers and a probe with a fluorescent label.
EFFECT: invention provides a wider range of means of detecting human papillomavirus 51 DNA of high carcinogenic risk in biological material.
