Said set includes Tannerella forsythensis gene bspA fragment specific primers 5'-TGGCACCCTCCGATGCCGAC-3' and 5'-GCGCAGACCGTTGGGTTTCA-3', as well as a probe (BHQ1)-5'-CCGCGCCCGA(FdT)GCGTCGCTGGC-3'-P, wheree BHQ1 denotes a dark fluorescence extinguisher attached to the 5'-terminal nucleotide, and FdT is a fluorescent dye FAM attached to the nucleotide T.

EFFECT: present invention provides reliable detection of presence of Tannerella forsythensis in biological material.
