FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway bogies, in particular to above-box pads and lateral frames containing such straps. Pad comprises top and bottom metal plates and clamping clamps attached to pad. Plates are bent mirror-like relative to each other in cross section relative to side frame with formation of middle flat section and lateral radius transitions. In middle part of pad there is a gap. Lower part of clamps is bent to form support platform. Middle part of clamp is made at an angle to lower part. Upper part is made with reverse bend to form a mounting hook. To interact with lateral surface of process holes of side frame on mounting hook there are ledges-stops with height h.
EFFECT: improved dynamic properties of freight car bogies.
