FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metrology. Device for converting parameters of capacitive and resistor sensors in a time interval comprises a resistive-capacitive self-oscillator of electric oscillations, having a two-step D-trigger having a synchronization input C, an information input D, independent setting and reset inputs R, direct Q and inverted Q1 outputs, first and second RC circuits, each RC circuit having series resistor and capacitor, each resistor is shunted by the first and second diodes, the point of connection of the first diode cathode and the resistor of the first RC circuit is connected to the direct output of the trigger, the connection point of the second diode cathode and the resistor of the second RC circuit is connected to the inverse output of the trigger, inputs D and C are connected to a common point circuits. Device is equipped with first and second capacity multipliers and first and second logic inverters, each capacity multiplier has one capacitive or resistor sensor element, first multiplier is connected to first inverter, second multiplier is connected to second inverter. Output of the first inverter is connected to the input R of the trigger. Output of the second inverter is connected to the input S of the trigger; outputs of the device are direct and inverse outputs of the D trigger.
EFFECT: technical result is higher reliability due to simplification of conversion process and broader functional capabilities of device.
