SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a backlight module and a display device. Backlight module comprises rear plate, at least one setting mechanism located inside lower plate of rear plate, where each locating mechanism comprises at least one locating pin and a flexible liner which is connected to the back plate of the back plate, and each mounting pin comprises a main part and an elastic sleeve winding the main part, and a light guide plate equipped with the first recess matched with at least one setting mechanism. First recess inner wall is in contact with resilient bushing.

EFFECT: invention provides reduced possibility of formation of scratches and exclusion of shifts of light guide plate and optical films.
