SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to means of attaching self-regulating heating cable on external walls of reservoirs for storage of water or oil products, which need periodic or permanent heating. Fastening element for fastening the cable included in the system of cable electric heating of reservoirs contains two clamps and three brackets. At that, first of said clamps represents V-shaped steel strip with rigid central part, which is made with possibility to fix by its ends to fixed cable on edges of rounding area of this cable, second of said clamps is elongated annularly closed steel strip, which on one side envelopes rigid first part central part in its top area, and on other side is fixed in center of rounding of fixed cable using tension cable, and each of three said brackets is installed with possibility of clamping on ends of first and second clamps fixed on said cable.

EFFECT: providing reliable and uniform fixation of said cable on wall of heated reservoir without formation of breaks and cable misalignment with simultaneous simplification and acceleration of mounting fastening process.
