FIELD: viscous products transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the transport of viscous products and can be used at petrochemical facilities, oil refining, when unloading solidified high-viscosity products for the accelerated emptying of railway tanks without the use of steam and submersible elements inside the tank. The device for electric heating of the fuel oil tank contains an electric heater (1), an electric insulating shell (2), in which the electric heater winding is located, and thermal insulation (4) on the outer surface of the electric insulating shell, and the device is flexible with the possibility of installation on the cylindrical surface of the tank, being adopted during installation its shape, tight fit to the surface and fastening to the tank body (5) using magnetic forces. What is new is that to fix the device on the tank body (5) on the lower surface of the electrical insulating shell (2) facing the tank body, a magnetic layer is formed of polymer magnets (3), crushed to a chip fraction and glued to the electrical insulating shell with heat-resistant glue.
EFFECT: invention increases reliability of fixing the device on the surface of the tank body due to the use of a material with improved magnetic properties to create magnetic forces.
