FIELD: chemistry; construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of recycling spent cracking catalysts and cracking catalysts industrial wastes and can be used in making concrete articles for industrial and civil construction. Technical result is achieved by adding a cracking catalyst or cracking catalyst into the portland cement-based concrete mixture as substitute for 1-60 wt. % of fine filler (sand).
EFFECT: disclosed method differs from known methods in that spent cracking catalyst or cracking agent dust is added to composition of concrete composition in form of sludge containing cracking agent dust and solution of sulphate, sulphite and nitrate salts of sodium in porous and intergranular space of cracking catalyst or cracking catalyst dust.
