FIELD: building materials industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the building materials industry, namely to the composition of concrete mixtures used in the manufacture of prefabricated and monolithic reinforced concrete products and structures, road surfaces, as well as small-piece products in the form of paving slabs or paving stones and curbstones. The concrete mixture includes Portland cement, quartz sand, superplasticizer and water. The concrete mixture additionally contains, as a fine filler, sulfuric acid sludge, which is formed by etching scale during the production of steel pipes with sulfuric acid, followed by neutralization with limestone, containing, wt.%: Fe2O3 - 10-15, MgO - 3-5, SiO2 - 7.0-7.3, CaSO4 –25-30, Cr2O3 – 1, CaF2 – 25-30, calcination losses - 11.7-29, taken in equal amounts with quartz sand, and as a superplasticizer contains "SikaViscoCrete 5-800" based on modified polycarboxylate esters in the following ratio of components, wt.%: Portland cement 30-32, quartz sand 27-29 , sulfuric acid sludge 27-29, the specified superplasticizer 0.15-0.224, the rest is water.
EFFECT: increase in compressive strength while maintaining high frost resistance of the concrete mixture.
