FIELD: shock-absorbing devices.
SUBSTANCE: spring-loaded pneumatic-hydraulic cushion with built-in damper consists of internal cylinder arranged in outer cylinder, divided by crosspieces into three hydraulic chambers. In the chambers there are pneumatic cushions of elastic oil resistant material filled with compressed gas through filling nipples. Chambers (24, 25) are separated by jumper with passage channels. Inner cylinder includes two hydraulic compression chambers, in the middle of which there is a piston with sealing collars, rigidly connected with rod. Rod has through channel with through holes, equipped with rod-type shutoff-pass adjusting screw. Upper chamber of the internal cylinder has a sleeve with a collar with a through channel with a valve. Upper cover tightens the working bushing and the packing gland. When the rod moves, the piston pumped fluid through the channels into the pneumohydraulic chamber. Then liquid squeezes the pillow and fills the chamber. At back motion of the cushion, expanding, fluid is forced through the channel back into the chamber. Under pressure, the piston moves towards the upper chamber, displacing liquid from it, with the valve of channel (7) closed through the calibrated channel of the intermediate bushing into the upper inter-cylinder space of chamber (26), compressing the pillow located in it.
EFFECT: provision of compactness of suspension.
