Second product is a soft capsule containing ginger oil, olive oil and limonene. Third specified product in the form of a single dosage form contains dry extract of red pepper standardized by capsaicin. Method for controlling appetite and normalizing body weight involves oral intake of kit 2 or 3 times a day, wherein the first and second set products are taken simultaneously before or during meals, and after meal the third product of the kit is taken.
