FIELD: materials handling equipment. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to load-lifting and handling machines with articulated booms, particularly, to hydraulic cranes and loaders used in industry, construction and agriculture. Boom of load-lifting device has root section and handle coupled with root section, both installed for turning by means of two power cylinders. Root section consists of three rods forming articulated triangle with two acute angles. Handle consists of two rod-type articulated triangles with two acute angles and tie common for both triangles, one of hinge joints of tie being coupled with power cylinder of handle. One of rods of each triangle of handle is made for adjustment of length. Rods of all triangles, includes triangle of root section whose hinge joints are connected with power cylinders, are made in form of trusses flat in transverse direction. Boom is furnished with two additional power cylinders, one of which is arranged at angle relative to roof section cylinder and other, in parallel to handle cylinder. All four cylinders have common hinge joint with trunnions connected with corresponding trusses. Opposite ends of roof section truss and its cylinders are secured on load-lifting device by means of support and slewing devices with two degrees of freedom.
