FIELD: hoisting and transport machines.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hoisting and transport machines with articulated booms, in particular to hydraulic cranes and loading manipulators. The boom of the lifting means contains the root section and the handle associated with it, installed with the possibility of rotation by means of two power cylinders. The root section is made in the form of a hinged triangle with two sharp corners. The handle is made of two rod articulated triangles with two sharp corners and a connection common to both triangles, the base of which is based on two power cylinders. The power cylinders of the root section are located at an angle to each other and have a common hinge with pins. The rods that make up the hinged rod triangles of the root section and the handle form flat truss shapes in the transverse direction. The power cylinders of the root section are located at an angle to each other and have a common hinge, which is connected to the corresponding trusses with its trunnions. At one end, the rods of the root section and its power cylinders are fixed to the lifting device by means of turntables with two degrees of freedom. Two power cylinders located parallel to each other, through their hinges, connect the bases of the root section and the handle. The hinged triangles of the root section and the handle, as well as the connections that make up the flat trusses, are made of rods without the possibility of adjustment in length and are hinged to each other. On the trunnions of the upper rod, which is common for flat trusses that make up the handle, the base of the power cylinder is hinged. The rod of the power cylinder is pivotally fixed at the top of the lever in the form of a rigid rod triangle, the base of which is the axis, which is also the end of the handle and is connected by means of hinges with the rods of the nearest hinged triangle of the handle. The lever of the form of a rigid rod triangle through the specified axis is connected with a load-gripping body, which is a fork-type gripper, consisting of a frame and paws placed at its base.
EFFECT: optimal distribution of loads on rods and flat trusses and expansion of functionality are achieved.
