FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to control pipeline valves, mainly to gas reducers intended for adjustment of gas pressure at low pressure lines. Gas reducer comprises a prefabricated body, a support with a sealing insert, a tubular structure valve made in the form of a hollow cylinder, combined with a command piston, arranged to reciprocate, contact end of valve of tubular structure with closed gas reducer thrusts against sealing insert of support. Gas reducer is additionally equipped with a check valve arranged at the output of the reducing device, which acts as a safety device, an operating reduction gear installed before the reducing device, and a discharge valve installed after the reducing device. Reducer is connected to reset valve by means of tube, so that it is possible to control discharge valve by means of command pressure supply.
EFFECT: result is reduction of control force, simplified design of gas reducer.
