FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to gastroenterology, and can be used for combined treatment of duodenal ulcer (DU) in comorbid pathology. Drugs are administered according to the scheme, according to recommendations of Maastricht IV and V, - optimized triple therapy, in omeprazole 20 mg twice a day, amoxicillin 1000 mg 2 times a day, clarithromycin 500 mg 2 times a day with combination thereof with de-nol by 120 mg 4 times day for 14 days, with additional inclusion of 10 procedures of laser radiation, frequency 80 Hz, power 40 W, exposure time 1.5 min on field. Exposure to laser radiation is performed on the epigastric area under the xiphoid bone, the area of the projection of the ulcerous defect on the anterior abdominal wall, on the back within ThX-ThXII is paravertebrally symmetrical. Metabolic therapy involves administering 1 % Emoxibel in amount of 2 ml intramuscularly for 10 days.

EFFECT: method allows the combined treatment of duodenal ulcer associated with chronic cerebral ischemia (CCI), due application combination with standard therapy laser and metabolic therapy, that is manifested by more rapid reduction of clinical symptoms, effective recovery of studied blood plasma lipid profile, phospholipase activity, lipoperoxidation and hypoxia, improved repair response and improved quality of life of patients.
