FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention is used for seismic exploration and other geophysical investigations, for initiation of detonation of hard-to-excite well and blast-hole charges. In the first embodiment, the ZSM-2 charge includes a two-step polymer shell, which is provided on the side of the ends with a plug and a cover, which are fixed to the shell ends by multi-thread threads, which are also used for assembling charges in a string, and placed in explosive shell, which is assembled of pellets of different length, configuration and different type - from nitrocellulose powder of ballistite type and blasting agent (BA). Latter is represented by phlegmatised hexogen, or phlegmatised octogene, or tetryl, or any of them, additionally containing ceresin, or stearin, or paraffin, or graphite, or their composition up to 6 wt. %, by one or several cartridges. Among them there is uniform homogeneous cartridge with central channel, homogeneous solid stick, homogeneous cartridge with central blind cavity, two-stage solid bowl, double-stage bowl with a central blind cavity on the side of the end of the larger diameter, providing arrangement on the side of the lower end face of the explosive of the double-step solid bowl or two-stage checker with the central blind cavity, as well as formation of socket for priming means of initiation (MI) by means of installation on the side of upper end of explosive granules homogeneous with central channel and placement under it of any of the said blocks with central blind cavity. Ballistitic nitrocellulose powder used is a composition of ballistite rocket solid propellant (BRSP) and ballistite artillery powder (BAP) in ratio 1–99:1–99 wt. %, which additionally contains up to 6 wt. % sensitizer: lead or aluminum oxides, or mixture of ChHZ-57 with lead or aluminum oxides in ratio of 10–90:10–90 wt. %, and up to 3 wt. % process additive:zinc stearate, or mineral oil, or Vaseline, or a mixture of graphite and Vaselin oil in ratio of 0.1–99.9:0.1–99.9 wt. %. In the second embodiment, the charge includes an intermediate initiator (II) with socket for priming initiating devices (ID), placed on the side of the upper end of explosive in a through or blind axial hole of a homogeneous or in a blind axial hole of a two-stage cartridge. Alternative to the second embodiment of the layout - on the side of the upper end of the explosive - there is a homogeneous pellet with a central channel forming, in combination with the intermediate initiator located in the axial hole of any of the above said blocks, a common depth corresponding to the length of the capsule primer. Uniform cartridge with central channel and homogeneous cartridge with through axial hole can be made as a whole in the form of a cartridge with two-stage axial channel, in which in the channel of lower step of larger diameter there is an intermediate initiator. II is made of BA for making explosive pellets and includes a set of cylindrical blocks of different configuration and length, including a cannon, a pellet-like pellet, one or several pellets, as well as a bowl with a socket, which provide various embodiments of the II configuration.
EFFECT: technical result is reliable actuation during long-term stay in flooded wells.
