FIELD: blasting operations.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to charges of industrial explosives intended for excitation of seismic vibrations during geophysical investigations. Charge includes cylindrical stick from explosive composition with axial channel and blind hole from one of ends, in which there is intermediate initiator (II) with seat for priming initiating device (ID), in mouth of blind hole between upper ends of cartridge and II is molded fixing element. Explosive composition includes ballistite artillery powder (BAP) or composition from BAP and ballistic missile solid fuel (BMSF) and can contain a sensibilizer and hydrophobic and process additives. II is made from blasting explosive substance and graphite. High explosive substance used is phlegmatised hexogen, or phlegmatised octogene, or tetryl, which may contain hydrophobic and process additives.
EFFECT: charge is characterized by high water resistance, simple and safe production technology and wide raw material base.
