SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to fans, and namely to a fan with a cup and a cap and a sport drinking bowl containing such a fan. Fan with cup and cap comprises base containing cover part formed on its lower section to close cup body edge; fan blades assembly located on the upper section of the base and containing a fan casing and an impeller installed in the fan casing; control element and power supply, respectively, connected to unit of fan blades and arranged in base; cover part is a connecting part located on periphery of the edge of the cup, or a connector located inside the edge of the cup, fan casing is rotatably connected to the base by means of connecting element to provide for mutual opening and closing of fan casing and upper surface of base by means of rotation of fan casing along connecting element with possibility of folding.

EFFECT: this allows mutual opening and closing of fan casing and upper surface of base by means of fan casing along connecting element with possibility of folding to control direction of fan airflow with cup and cap.
