FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining industry and can be used in development of deposits with systems with shrinkage or subfloor drifts, as well as with any other technology, which implies arrangement of protective pillars. Ore extraction is carried out by systems with shrinkage with leaving inter-block pillars. After complete extraction of block in roof and sides of ore drift, injectors are installed, in form of perforated pipes. Then cavity of ore drift is filled with empty rock from drilling by means of non-shoring method for whole length of block. Then, water is supplied through injectors till complete filling of cavities. Freezing of the pillar takes place naturally due to heat exchange with permafrost.

EFFECT: reduction of losses of ore mass and improvement of ecological safety of deposit development due to creation of artificial pillars from empty rock produced at construction of mine workings.
