FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to guide beams of span structures of prefabricated bridges. An end section of guide beam with an abutment is a welded metal structure consisting of top and bottom sheets, side walls with diaphragms installed inside the section. Upper sheet of end section of guide beam with abutment is installed at angle of 2–4° to lower sheet with slope to near shore, wherein at the beginning of the slope on the upper sheet of the guide beam section, the bypass roller installation socket with the winch cable of the bridge car assembly is flush with the longitudinal axis of the sheet passing from the seat to the beginning of the end section in the middle of the sheet. Besides, at the beginning of the end section two power pipes are installed parallel to the section transom at distance of 2 m between each other for fixing the abutment. At the same time the abutment contains a seat with two bolts-pins of the support fixation to the end section, a screw elevator and a leg made of light high-strength composite material. In addition, the length of the stand is larger than the width of the span of bridge by 25–35 cm, and the leg itself is attached to the support plate of the screw elevator by bolt joints, wherein the ends of the leg are made with holes for attachment to the shore by means of anchors.
EFFECT: reduction of total weight of guide beam by 10 % and reduction of time for its assembly by 6–8 %.
