FIELD: bridge engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of bridge-and-bridge devices, and more specifically to the span beams of span-type bridges, including bridge mechanized complexes. Middle section of the beaming beam of the mechanized complex bridge is made of high-strength composite material in the form of a rectangular-shaped hollow beam and with detachable intersection connections. Intersection joint is made by means of four butt units installed skew-symmetrically on both transoms of the section. Each butt assembly is made in the form of installed together by three eye lugs, forming fork and ear. Each lug is made of high-strength metal, in the root part of which there are two or three shaped grooves, for example, T-shaped, in which metal plates are installed in parallel. Width of the metal plates is equal to the width of the head beam, and each plate is installed simultaneously in slots of two adjacent lower and upper butt joints. Through holes of the same diameter are made symmetrically in all plates. In the process of making the section between the metal plates layers of coarse layers and glass cloths are laid. Metal pins are inserted into the non-impregnated tissues through holes in the plates without damaging the tissues. After impregnation with binding substance high-strength metal-composite compound is formed.
EFFECT: higher reliability of spanning girder beam and reduced time for assembly.
