FIELD: ice equipment.
SUBSTANCE: before the device is lowered, the inflatable elastic shell of the cylindrical shaft is inflated with water to ensure its positive buoyancy and is the base for ice mass building. Further, after placing on water cylindrical shaft is anchored by means of rope and anchor to fixed objects—bottom of water reservoir, shoreline or to edge of floating ice. Blade propeller 6 under action of water pressure of river or ocean currents causes rotation of floating cylindrical shaft around its axis. During rotation of cylindrical shaft in water medium there is water wetting and layer-by-layer freezing of ice in open air at low negative temperatures first to cylindrical inflatable elastic shell, and then to ice cylindrical surface formed by shaft rotation. As a result of layer-by-layer freezing of water, an ice mass is formed in the form of an ice blank of cylindrical shape.
EFFECT: invention can be used in hydraulic engineering and road construction during erection of ice dams, dams, moorages, roads, ice crossings, at creation of ice-carrying load-carrying platforms, islands and other ice structures, and also for preparation of fresh or desalinated ice and its household use, including in various cooling systems.
