SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to an apparatus, a system and a method of processing, sorting and vaccinating live birds. Device (1) comprises main element (10); receiving element (20) with possibility of rotation, attached to main element and configured to receive and hold birds for their scapulohumeral joints in first position and release birds in second position; and locking element (30), attached with possibility of movement to main element and configured to lock receiving element in first position and releasing the receiving member to turn from the first position to the second bird release position. Bird treatment and sorting system comprises at least one fixing element configured to attach at least one device (1). Method comprises steps of: receiving and holding poultry by its scapulohumeral joint by receiving element in first position; automatic rotation of the receiving element around the first axis from the first position to the second position, thereby releasing the bird, and turning the receiving element.

EFFECT: higher carrying capacity of the process, reduced damage to live birds and stress.
