FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to a method for assessing the effectiveness of unloading a user when carrying and holding loads using an exoskeleton. According to the method, at least for one leg current force of vertical reaction on foot of selected foot of user is measured with load without exoskeleton and current force of vertical reaction on foot of selected foot of user in exoskeleton with load at preset measurement parameter. Efficiency of unloading for this leg is calculated as ratio of difference between average force of vertical reaction on foot of user with load without exoskeleton in relation to specified parameter of measurements and average force of vertical reaction on foot of user with load in exoskeleton relative to specified parameter of measurements to weight of load.
EFFECT: invention provides the possibility of assessing the user unloading efficiency using the passive exoskeleton.
