FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to neurology, and can be used in rehabilitation of patients with deep flaccid mono- or paraparesis. Carry out locomotor therapy. Synchronously with it, the dermal electrostimulation of the gluteus, quadriceps and calf muscles of the lower extremities is performed on both sides through the active and indifferent electrodes. Locomotor therapy is carried out using the exoskeleton Exoatlet. From the beginning to the end of the course, increase the step length and reduce the interval between steps to walking without an interval. Walking time is increased from 20 minutes in the first lesson to 55 minutes at the end of the course, which is 20 lessons. Starting from the second lesson, a functional electrostimulation of the muscles supporting the vertical position of the trunk and muscles of the lower extremities is performed in a mode corresponding to the natural contraction of the muscles of a healthy person in the motor act. Indifferent electrode of the pair is placed on the muscular mass 2 cm lateral to the spinous processes of the vertebrae, the active electrode is lateral to the location of the indifferent electrode in the back axillary line. During the first two sessions, electrostimulation is performed with a single-polar low-frequency pulse current of rectangular shape with amplitude in the range from 100 to 115 mA, duration from 105 to 110 mcs and repetition frequency from 50 to 60 Hz. Beginning with the third session, the amplitude is gradually increased to 200 mA and the duration to 125 mcs with a decrease in the repetition rate of pulses from 25 to 35 Hz.
EFFECT: method provides an increase in the effectiveness of rehabilitation treatment of patients, improvement of the functional result of rehabilitation with simultaneous socialization of the patient due to the restoration of adequate lower limb outsole capacity, increase in muscle mass of the paretic muscles, the possibility of real movement of a person in space.
