SUBSTANCE: invention refers to methods of medical diagnostics, namely to a method of processing medical data files and their application in decision support systems in medicine. Method for prediction of a diagnosis based on data processing containing medical knowledge involves forming, by means of an electronic computing device, a prefetch of scientific articles on medicine from public databases and creating a language model trained based on said sampling. User device generates text containing patient information. Above text is processed with the help of an electronic computing device, text strings are formed by adding disease information to the previously formed text, and then they are sent to the input of the trained language model to calculate the probability of the given line or its substring.

EFFECT: technical result is providing automation of processing a large volume of medical publications with high accuracy of diagnosing existing diseases and determining the risk of developing diseases.
