FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to manual therapy, osteopathy, restorative medicine. Disclosed is a method for simultaneous and periodic exposure to pressure differentials on human skin areas, consisting in the fact that with periodic action of pressure generated by serially arranged bellows of similar volumes at their simultaneous and periodic deformation on skin located inside bushings and from outside bushings, sinusoidal pressure difference acts. Their frequency coincides with the action frequency on the bellows. Skin area located between the sleeves should be equal to skin area located inside the sleeves. Maximum pressure drop at that depends on bellows volume ratio to volume of each cavity. Disclosed is a flexible planar device of higher stiffness, which comprises two attachment planes, through which the device is attached to human skin. Between them there are two cavities, the first of which contacts through bores of bushings with human skin, and the second cavity is tightly limited by flexible, with variable area film, passing through bushings. At that, horizontal walls of cavities are vertically connected by springs with rigid connections located inside them. To change pressure in cavities of air are holes connected with bellows device. Disclosed is bellows device, which serves to change pressure in hollows of plane device. It comprises housing accommodating two serially arranged two bellows connected to each other by partition with inlet and outlet valves. At the same time movement of the partition wall is performed by means of a rod connected to the partition wall, which contains a handle on the end and passing through the hole of the housing, and an opening of the housing handle. Disclosed is a device for evacuation of human skin, which comprises a cylindrical volumetric body with a holder with two cavities located in the body, having through the valves communication with atmosphere. Each cavity is interconnected with spatial volumes formed by coaxially located cylindrical surfaces, wherein peripheral volume through an additional hole and valve is connected to atmosphere.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides higher efficiency of therapeutic treatment during vacuum therapy due to expansion of exposure area and creation of dynamic horizontal-vertical pressure drop on surface of soft tissues.
