SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Orthopaedic apparatus for knee joint after correction of valgus-varus deformations of lower limb axis in children has sleeves for hip and shin with paired straps fixed on lateral sides. Paired lining of hip and shin are interconnected by means of resilient oval springs made of two parts interconnected by hinge joint for flexion-extension in knee joint in sagittal plane around frontal axis.
EFFECT: invention enables preservation of congruence of knee joint with support load of walking after correction of valgus or varus or axial deformations of legs in children, as well as creation of conditions for normalization of limb growth.
