FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Clubfoot treatment device comprises an orthopaedic inner sole, a L-shaped support, a circular shank collar with sticky retainers and a resilient bottom plantar in the form of a spring. L-shaped support is attached to the insole and is connected in its upper part with the shank collar. L-shaped stop in lower one-third has elastic arc compensator. On external and internal edges of the insole there are fixed oval resilient lodgements limiters corresponding to the shape of the side surfaces with tops. Resilient plantar arch support in the form of a spring is fixed on the inner edge of the insole.
EFFECT: invention provides creating additional correction forces with a reference static-dynamic load of walking, holding a child's foot in a position of a light valgus, dorsiflexion and pronation, with complete neutralization of loads aimed at relapse of equinovarus deformity.
